Licence Requirement
Before using the Auslan Picture Sentence Generator for commercial purposes, you must purchase a Commercial - Basic Licence. This licence grants you permission to use Auslan pictures (images) commercially.
One-Time Purchase with Royalty Fees
The Pro Licence is a one-time purchase and includes the current year of purchase. It is our intention to continue providing access to the online Auslan Picture Dictionary Generator in future years; however, please be aware that future availability cannot be guaranteed, as unforeseen circumstances may arise.
A royalty fee of 10 cents per Auslan image applies for commercial use.
Copyright Protection
All Auslan pictures are copyrighted. You are not permitted to remove the copyright symbol from the corner of any Auslan picture.
Ownership of the images remains with the copyright holder; the licence grants you permission to use them commercially under specified terms.
Download and Use
You may download Auslan pictures to your computer or laptop to create your own physical materials, such as books, worksheets, handouts, and brochures.
Physical Use Only
This licence permits the use of Auslan images on physical items only.
You are not permitted to create, distribute, or sell digital items (e.g., PNG files, PDFs) or to share them electronically.
Royalty Fee
Royalty Fee Payment
Before printing your materials (at home or via a printing service like Officeworks), you must calculate and pay the royalty fee.
How to Calculate the Royalty Fee
The royalty fee is 10 cents per Auslan image, multiplied by the number of items you plan to print.
Working out the Royalty Fee Example:
10 images used in a book x 50 books = $5.00.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made via a PayPal link on the Auslan Picture Sentence Generator opening page or by requesting an invoice for direct deposit.
Additional Product Types
If you wish to use Auslan images on non-standard physical items (e.g., clothing or merchandise), please contact Susan to negotiate a custom royalty fee.
Licence Agreement
Before using the Auslan Picture Sentence Generator commercially, you must read and agree to the terms of the Licence Agreement.
Once you have signed the agreement, you will be provided with a unique Licence Number, which grants you permission to proceed with the commercial use of Auslan pictures.
Respectful Use of Images
As a Christian-based business, our images reflect values that are important to our faith. While we encourage creativity and diverse projects, we kindly request that the images not be used in materials that conflict with biblical principles, such as:
- Using the images in a way that promotes racism, sexism or discrimination.
- Promoting anti-Christian viewpoints.
- Displaying offensive themes or messages.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these guidelines.
