FINGERSPELLING GAMES TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

If you are unable to play the game, please try these solutions:

1. Username and Password isn’t working?
A: Please check that you are logging in the correct category.

2. I’m logging in the correct category, but the username and password is still not working?
A: Please check if you are using a hotspot.
The username, password and game itself will not be able to play if you are using a hotspot.
Try connecting your device directly to wifi, or with its own cellular data, and the login should work.

3. I’m using a school device, and I’m unable to login
A: It’s most likely your school has a very strict security system set in place which does not permit pop ups.
Try contacting your IT department to permit your device to play the game.
(One person with this problem had their school’s IT department work on their device, and they were able to play the game using Google Chrome).

4. The fingerspelling speed isn’t working in my Mac computer?
A: In some Mac computers, the Safari browser is not permitting the fingerspelling speed to work properly.
Try switching the browser to Google Chrome, the speeds should work normally there.
